HELLOOOOOOO!

It has been a looonnnngggg time since the last time I posted something.

I know, I'm sorry people.. Everything has been so hectic.. regarding moving back to LA, entering a new university.. OMG.. I was incredibly busy.. I promise I'll update my blog more often. So, what have you guys been up to??

Anyways, from now on, I'm taking any requests on make-up. Just give me what's on your mind.. tutorial, inspired look, tips.. basically any request and question, just bring it up! I'll do my best to answer them.. :) For example, how to put on eyeshadow, eyeliner, blush, etc.. There's no need to be shy.. Me, myself is learning as well.

Hey y'all! Here comes our 2nd FP.

I'm glad Carol and I did this when I had nothing to do at all.

Again, our roles were still the same.

Me being the make-up artist and photographer while Carol was the stylist and model.

Carol's make-up is inspired by Sephora Fall Catalog.

On Thursday, I slept over at my bff's, Caroline Robianto, and we did something...different.

Visit Manado

Greetings!

A few days ago, my family and our acquaintances visited Manado due to the Sail Bunaken 2009 event.

On the first couple of day, we went to Danau Tondano and Bukit Kasih, located on top of Mountain Tomohon.

We were challenged to reach the cross, on the top of the hill, which is 1000 stair steps far.

Did we succeed? No. We stopped half way at the 6th stop (there were 14) because of the weather; it was so freaking HOT!

(Do not forget to bring a hat and sunblock guys if you wanna go there.)

On the next day, we arrived at our 2nd hotel, Hotel Sedona, and I got this gorgeous sunset view from its port.

We went to Port of Bitung, where (supposedly) all of the ships participated in Sail Bunaken 2009 anchored.

But, there were only 3 ships; China's Battleship, India's Battleship, and Indonesia's Supporting Force Ship named Arun.

And finally, on the last day, we walked through the street where Sail Bunaken 2009 took place. It was SUPER crowded!

All divers + paparazzi + viewers were there, approximately more than 3000 people.

They were preparing the flag ceremony due to commemorate the 64th anniversary of the independence of Indonesia UNDER WATER. How cool is that?!

(Of course, we couldn't attend because we gotta have a diving license and get registered for the event.)

Then, we headed on to Bunaken. woohooo! This was what I had been waiting for.

Honestly, the under water was waaaaaaaay more beautiful than Bali; the sea water was limpid and we could see the under water world clearly.

It surprised me that Bunaken Beach doesn't have any place of interest at all. Too bad :(.

I hope Indonesia could work it out and then show it to the world.

MERDEKA!

Hi guys! Welcome to my blog.
First off, let me introduce myself. My name is Dewi Listiyani. I'm a 20 year old Indonesian, currently studying Actuarial Science in University of California in Los Angeles (or UCLA in short).
